Today, as a "warm-up", the 3330 m high Cima Marmotta or Köllkuppe is on the program. After more than 1100 meters of altitude over varied, moderately steep terrain we have reached its summit and enjoy the unobstructed view to the south: from the western Dolomites over the bizarre limestone peaks of the Brenta to the Adamello-Presanella group our eye roams. The direct descent on the wide Hohenferner guarantees skiing enjoyment at its best, but has a "catch": the small, exposed Marteller hut, which is located on the way; You can not help but stop here to taste one of the best South Tyrolean apple strudel.

We are now well acclimatised and today we are approaching the neighbor of the Cima Marmotta, the Cima Venezia, 3386 m. A steep climb leads us upwards and clears the way for a wide glacier that leads us to the ski depot. From there we can reach the summit on foot in a few minutes. We can choose several run options. The northern exposure and altitude of the tour guarantees powder snow until into spring.

Today we get down to business: we want to tackle the 1,500 vertical meters to the "Zufallspitze". A long way leads us to the Fürkeleferner, soon winds up steeply and brings us, finally carrying the skis on a backpack, on a flat shoulder in the east ridge of the mountain (4 hours). From there we climb (if the conditions require it) with crampons, easily along this ridge to the highest point of the Zufallspitze (1.5 to 2 hours), 3757 m. If motivation and perseverance are still sufficient, we climb in the same breath its famous neighbor, the 3769 m high Cevedale. Over an almost infinitely long pleasure run, we now trace our tracks and finally return to the Zufallhütte at Strudel di Mele and Capuccino (or Panino e Birra).

A leisurely day: we walk relaxed into the Madritschtal, climb the Pederspitze (3312 m, 3 hours) and ski down beyond, over steep northern slopes down to Solda. A cable car takes us up to the Schaubachhütte, whose visit pays off on account of the spaghetti "Aglio Olio". After this deserved stop we sit comfortably in the chairlift on the Madritschjoch (3123 m) and ski from there back down to the Zufallhütte.

A "round" tour at the end: a north-sided climb leads us to the rarely committed Schranspitze (3357 m, 4 hours), which clears the way for the equally lonely Gramsenferner. In a direct way, we can now ski down to our cars. In the meantime our luggage will be conveniently transported down the cable car. This is a program suggestion, which is adapted to the respective circumstances and the Eigenkönnen of the participants.
