I started walking in the mountains at the tender age of 15, having had enough of my previous hedonistic lifestyle. Initially as a lone fighter, over time I got to know like-minded people who are still my loyal mountain comrades.
I have countless mountain rides behind (and in front of) me – and countless experiences. Ease and hardship, success and disappointment, happiness on the summit and frustration – whether it was positive or negative feelings that held me up on the mountain, they made me rich, rich in experience. I often didn’t know why I went up until I was back down.
The love for the mountains has remained until today. Go to the mountains with me, be my guest, fulfill your long-cherished dream.
