Dom, July 25
At 4,545 meters, the Dom is the highest inland mountain in Switzerland, meaning its entire massif, including all its ridges, is located within the country. In July, the first half of summer, conditions are still good. There had been some fresh snow the day before, the large crevasses were still covered with massive snow bridges, and a wonderful trail led us to this magnificent peak.
